This page explains what personal information marysvilleacupuncture.services, the website of Marysville Acupuncture Services, operated by COLE ALEXANDER DAOM, PLLC (“we,” “us”), collects, how we use it, and with whom we share it.

HEALTH INFORMATION

Some of what you send us through this website may be consumer health data under Washington’s My Health My Data Act. How we handle that data, and your rights over it, are set out in our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy. For consumer health data, that policy governs.

WHAT WE COLLECT

  • When you send us a message through the form on our home page: your name, email address, mobile number, your message, and whether you agree to receive text messages from us.
  • When you book an appointment through our online scheduling tool: the details you enter, such as your contact details, the service, and your appointment times. When you pay for an appointment, the payment is processed by Stripe through TimeTap, our scheduling provider.
  • When you email, call, or text us: whatever you send.
  • Automatically, when you visit: technical information such as your IP address and the pages you view, which is used to operate and secure the website.

Our website itself sets no cookies. The cookies and similar technologies used by our booking and video providers are described in our Cookie Policy.

HOW WE USE IT

We use this information to answer your message, to schedule, confirm, change, or cancel appointments, to contact you about what you asked for, and to operate and secure the website. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not run advertising, marketing, social media, or analytics trackers on our website. We do not sell your information.

WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

We share it only with the service providers who run parts of our practice for us, and only as far as they need it to do that work: website hosting, online scheduling, video hosting, payment processing, secure email, phone and text messaging, email and file storage, our practice records system, and its backup. Some of these providers may also use the information for their own purposes, such as keeping their services secure, preventing fraud, and improving their services, as their own privacy policies describe. Each provider is named in our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

TEXT MESSAGES

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

SEEING OR DELETING YOUR INFORMATION

Requests to see, or to delete, information you have given us through this website are handled as described in our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

DO NOT TRACK, AND TRACKING BY OTHER COMPANIES

We do not track visitors over time or across other websites, so our website works the same way whether or not your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal. We have not set up any service on this website to collect information about your activity on other websites. The outside services our pages load, listed in our Cookie Policy, receive your IP address when your browser connects to them, and their own privacy policies govern how they use it.

CHILDREN

Our website is not intended for children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has sent us personal information through this website, please contact us.

SECURITY

We use reasonable measures to protect the information you send us, including a secure email service, Paubox, for email to our practice address. No method of sending or storing information over the internet is completely secure.

LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES

Our pages link to other websites, such as our providers’ privacy policies. Those websites’ own privacy practices apply there.

CHANGES TO THIS PAGE

If we change how we collect, use, or share personal information, we will update this page and the dates at the top.
